ORDERING PROCESS

Everniture accepts orders via the everniture.com website or by any kind of written correspondence.

Orders get in the manufacturing queue after at least 50% payment.

In case of ordering through the everniture.com website with electronic payment (debit or credit card), placing an order requires 100% upfront payment.

In case of payment by wire transfer, placing an order requires at least 50% upfront payment.

Any remaining wire transfer payment is due right before shipping.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are included in the price of the items listed.

The shipments are shipped to your door via FedEx or UPS or TNT or GLS or DHL carriers.

Once the order is shipped, delivery can take 2-8 business days if shipped by air or road, and 4-5 weeks if shipped by sea.

Shipments are divided into 20-40kg packs if shipped by air or road.

In case of shipping by sea, the shipment is delivered to your door in a custom-made crate.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS

Due to the nature of custom projects, refunds are not available for custom order items. You will be involved in every step of the custom order fabrication, so it is very unlikely that there will be an element to your piece you are not expecting.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Upon receiving, buyer needs to inspect goods and notify Everniture within 24 hours if damage occurred. If an item arrives in an unsatisfactory state, take photos of the damage and send them to johnny@everniture.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair, parts replacement or an exchange or full refund. Everniture will process a claim immediately with the shipping carrier and work on replacing or repairing the item at no cost to you.

 

INITIATING A RETURN

Returns may be accepted with Everniture's approval on non-custom orders. In the event a return is authorized, please note that the shipping fees (original and returning) cannot be refunded. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us with your order information and issue you are experiencing. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received if it is in the condition it was shipped.
